WELcome to the French Camp

Our goal is to offer your child an amazing experience in a fun and safe environment where teamwork, sharing, and respect are core values.

FAQ's

All our staff are very experienced in identifying the appropriate safe physical and emotional group for your child. Groups will be made according to school year. For example, year 1 & 2 will be separate to year 3 & 4 etc. We  will adapt groups and activities to make sure your child is appropriately challenged to maintain their progress and motivation. You are encouraged to talk to us if you have any specific requirements or comments.

. Please ensure your child is wearing clothes that are appropriate for doing sport.

. For sunny days, a cap and sun cream will be required.

For rainy days, a rain jacket and suitable warm clothing will be required.

. A healthy and balanced packed lunch (during holiday camp) plus additional snack for breaks and refillable water bottles.

We encourage children to bring their own hand sanitizer.

One of our top priorities is to include everyone and to make every child feel welcome. Most children attending our camps and clubs will be meeting each other for the first time, but there is nothing to fear ! The French camp is all about making new friends. We change the teams throughout the day or the session to ensure that everyone gets the chance to play with each other.

When you arrive at the meeting point, you will be greeted by one of our staff members who will register your child and take payment (if necessary). Once the admin is complete, the fun begins ! Our qualified coaches will have a number of games, sports and activities planned for the day for your child to enjoy.

The latest time you can pick up your child is 3:15pm during the holiday camp and 5:30pm during the after school clubs.

Yes, feel free to ask one of our coaches about the day, they will be more than happy to have a chat.

In every camp and club we have qualified first aid coaches who are trained to deal with accidents and illnesses. If your child suffers a serious injury or illness, you will be contacted immediately.

Please ensure that your child brings a healthy and balanced packed lunch everyday plus additional snacks for breaks. In order to follow the COVID-19 government guidance, children will stay within their groups and bubbles during lunchtime.

Our holiday camps and our clubs are designed for children aged 4 – 13 years.  We can only accept children who are 4 years or over.

If a camp or a club is cancelled or interrupted due to any legal rules implemented by the UK government to prevent the spread of COVID-19, you will be entitled to receive a full refund.

Please let us know if your child is unable to attend as there is a waiting list for people wanting to attend the camp or club.

For our camps, you shall be entitled to cancel the booking upon providing us with written notice and paying the following charges: PERIOD (PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE) AMOUNT 28-14 days 50%, 14-1 days 100%, on or after arrival date 100%.

For our clubs, all session are to be paid in advance and are non-refundable (however, for any emergency reason, please contact us).

My daughter loved the French Camp, and she can hardly wait to go back. She says the French Camp is like a full day of PE class, if PE class were only your most favourite sports and games!

Booked during the Easter break few sessions with the French Camp for my 2 children (10 and 8 years old). They had a great time. The organisers were responsible, fun and friendly. The premises were very suitable and the fact that the weather was sunny helped a lot. The camp initially was supposed to be held at Battersea Park, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, the venue was moved to Ashburnham Community School (SW10 0DT) and that turned out to be a better and safer choice. On Fridays, the ‘Olympic games’ held by the organisers were a great way to end the week.Happy children, happy parents. Highly recommend the camp.
